Search Methodology

Step 1: Understanding the client organization with respect to its background, its business, organization structure, internal culture and future career growth

Step 2: Understanding the requirement including the job title, KRAs, preferences of client with regards to target profiles, industries, companies and other relevant details.

Step 3: Industry/Company and People Mapping – Keeping in mind the requirement, our engagement team develop a search strategy; prepare a list of target companies and appropriate levels from where the client wish to recruit. Thereafter we utilize of networks, references and other sources along with our internal database to identify the right suitable candidate/s.

Step 4: Evaluation - We contact the candidates, apprise them of the opening and confirm their interest in the position. Once we receive their reply along with their CV, we then evaluate best right fit candidate through t-con / Skype / in-person meetings (whichever fastest possible) and prepare a final shortlist candidate/s list to be shared with the client.

Step 5: Interview - We share the CVs along with a summary sheet to facilitate the client for their shortlisting of the candidates to be interviewed.

Step 6: Coordination - On completion of the entire process of selection-to-offer-to-acceptance of the candidate, we coordinate at every level, wherever required. We even conduct reference check, if desired by the client.

Step 7: Post recruitment follow-up - We keep in touch with the candidate till his/her joining.
